The house
The residence, covering 420 sq.m., is arranged on three levels connected by indoor and outdoor staircases in exposed concrete and is divided in:
A Main Body including:- 127-sq.m. ground floor and 26-sq.m. portico;
- 110-sq.m. first floor and 26-sq.m. covered terrace, mansard attic.
- 25-sq.m. first floor belvedere;
- 25-sq.m. storage room.
- next to the main house are:
- 41-sq.m. rustic cottage;
- 25-sq.m. underground garage.
The whole property comes with 4.5 hectares of land, including a one-hectare fenced, planted garden (with grove of firs, lawn and canal).
Peculiar features:
- All window fittings are in drawn iron. The handles were made to measure and ground by an esteemed firm from Fidenza.
- The external shutters are in iron and marine wood covered with larch wood (also used for the portico and the terrace).
- The windows have shatterproof glasses and the doors are armoured.
- There is an electric sliding gate.
- An enclosure-wall protects the street front of the house.
- The whole property is fenced.
- There is a 5000 l water-tank for garden irrigation.
- The house is provided with gas-heating (from an underground gas cylinder).
- All the plants are law-compliant, and the lighting system includes emergency lamps.
